Residential Leader Experience Day is a fun and rewarding bonding opportunity that engages Senior Residents and Resident Leader Experience representatives and aims to explore the various facets of inclusive community building and leadership identity development. Members of RLE will help build inclusive and welcoming communities and connect residents with each other and the rest of UVA and Charlottesville community. During RLE Day, representatives will have the opportunity to meet others and brainstorm programs that they would like to host through for their fellow residents.
