Hi and welcome to UVA! My name is Caroline Toyryla (she/her) and I'm a rising second year hoping to major in human biology on the pre-physician assistant track. I'm from Falls Church, Virginia, but I most recently lived in Budapest, Hungary before coming to Charlottesville. I love it here - UVA has so much to offer for pretty much anyone who steps foot on grounds. I volunteer with Madison House in their Human/Education/Medical services so feel free to ask me how all that works! I also play the clarinet and am a member of the athletic band (pep band) and a few other ensembles, which are very worth it if you play an instrument. Some days I'm into soft 70s rock and other days I'm into early 2000s emo music, I love the shows How I Met Your Mother and Atlanta, and I love to play indie video games or watch strange movies with my friends.
